George spent much of his career in middle and senior management positions in the medical device industry in the United States, Canada and Europe. In past roles he has had profit and loss responsibility for diverse functions including sales and marketing, finance and accounting, information services, product development and distribution. He began his career in sales with a major pharmaceutical company and has held management positions with industry giants such as Baxter Labs and DePuy Orthopaedics. He also held a senior management position in a small mid-west medical device company. George has lived and worked in Europe, Canada and the United States. He is conversationally fluent in French, German and Spanish and has traveled extensively in Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Pacific Rim. |

Cheryl's background includes 18 years of various marketing management positions in the orthopaedic medical device industry. In these positions she was involved with and responsible for the marketing communications, convention exhibits, educational seminars and sales training functions of Zimmer, Inc. and DePuy Orthopaedics, a Johnson & Johnson company. Her most recent experience as Vice President, Corporate Services for a small start-up medical supply company included responsibility for the diverse functions of marketing, human resources and customer service. Cheryl's experience provides her with the first-hand industry knowledge necessary to provide better-qualified candidates and faster placement times. |

Sam's background includes 20+ years of Corporate Development, Strategic Business Planning and Management positions within Zimmer, Inc., a Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Previous experiences include Marketing Services in the Cardiovascular field, Hospital Sales with Abbott Laboratories and Clinical experience as a Heart-Lung Perfusionist at National Jewish Hospital in Denver. He possesses an undergraduate degree in Biology, graduate work in Physiology and Pharmacology and an MBA degree in Marketing. Sam's depth of experience provides him with a broad-based insight to senior management positions in the medical device and biotech industries. This insight allows him to identify strong, qualified candidates and provide them with access to challenges for future career growth. |

Tim has spent the majority of his career working in Information Management Services and Production Planning and Inventory Control. His background includes three and one half years working on the Bristol-Myers Squibb, Company Corporate Demand Management staff, responsible for data product description normalization and manufacturing data accuracy for the SAP R/3 system implementation. Prior to joining the BMS staff, Tim spent 18 years with Zimmer, Inc., a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. While with Zimmer, Tim managed the Computer Operations for 10 years and held various other management positions in the Information Management Services department. He also held supervisory positions in the Production Planning and Inventory Control departments. Previous experiences include five years working as the Materials Manager, and Data Definition Manager for FMC Bearing Division in Indianapolis, and one year as a Junior/Senior high school teacher. Tim's experience and broad background provide him with the first-hand knowledge necessary to identify strong, qualified candidates. |

Greg has more than twenty-five years in medical industry sales. He started his career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Baxter Labs. These companies have provided Greg with a strong foundation in territory sales and product management. Later, with EBI Medical Systems, Inc., Smith Laboratories and Lunar Corporation, he held senior sales and marketing management positions with these smaller organizations during their start up periods. Greg has had extensive experience in hiring and managing sales representatives and sales managers, both in the U.S. and international markets. With experience in pharmaceuticals, cardiovascular, orthopedics and medical imaging, he can provide valuable insight into the identification and qualification of high performance candidates who will deliver both top-line sales and bottom-line revenue results for his client companies. |
